Tayseer Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Tayseer is a Quran companion app built to support reading, recitation, memorization, and progress tracking. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Tayseer uses account information such as your name, email address, account identifier, and sign-in provider to create, authenticate, and protect your account. The app may also collect usage, diagnostics, and product interaction data through Firebase services to understand reliability and improve the app.

Reading Data

Bookmarks, notes, reading progress, preferences, buddy state, selected mushaf, and reciter settings are stored on your device unless a feature explicitly syncs or transmits them. When protected recitation audio is requested, your signed-in account may be used to authorize access to the audio service.

Microphone And Notifications

Microphone access is requested only for recitation recording features. Notification permission is used for reminders and reading milestones that you enable in the app.

Third-Party Services

Tayseer integrates Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Quran content APIs, and audio hosting services. These providers may process data needed for authentication, app functionality, diagnostics, security, and content delivery.

Tracking

Tayseer does not use data brokers or advertising tracking. If this changes, the App Store privacy details and this policy will be updated before the change is released.
